Report a bug

Found something that doesn't look right? Send us an email with the following so we can track it down quickly:

  • Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15)
  • iOS version (e.g. iOS 18.2)
  • A short description of what happened
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if possible

Manage your subscription

HiveHelper subscriptions are managed through Apple. To change or cancel your plan, open your iPhone's Settings > your name > Subscriptions > HiveHelper.

If your subscription isn't showing as active, try restoring your purchase from the paywall screen in the app. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Settings screen inside the app. This removes your hive records, inspection history, and account from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
